Delete your account

You can permanently delete your GlowUp AI account and associated data either inside the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account cannot be undone.

Delete inside the app

1. Open GlowUp AI and go to Me.
2. Select Delete account and photos.
3. Review the notice and select Delete my account.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@myglowupai.com from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject Account deletion request and include the account email address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Your account, uploaded photos, analyses, generated looks, saved preferences, and unused credit balance will be permanently deleted.

What may be retained

Limited store transaction, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a transaction. Any retained data is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the applicable retention period.

Delete individual content

You can remove individual photos and their related analyses from Me without deleting your whole account. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel an active subscription in your store account settings.
