Account and photo deletion

Open Profile in the app to manage photos and analysis results, sign out, or delete your account and associated content. You can also follow our account deletion instructions without opening the app.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the GlowUp paywall when a purchase is not recognized. Subscription changes and cancellation are handled in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Safety and results

AI results can vary. GlowUp AI offers styling ideas rather than medical, health, or professional advice. Do not rely on a generated preview as a guarantee of a real-world outcome.
