The service

GlowUp AI provides AI-generated style guidance, analysis, and image previews. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are suggestions, not guarantees, professional advice, or objective judgments. You remain responsible for decisions based on them.

AI-generated demonstrations

People and before-and-after examples bundled with GlowUp AI or shown on our website are AI-generated fictional adults. They are not customers, testimonials, endorsements, or promises of a real-world outcome. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Your account and content

You must provide content you have the right and consent to use. Do not upload another person's image without permission, unlawful content, or content that infringes rights. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and operate requested features.

Purchases and subscriptions

Glow Credits are digital units used for eligible in-app features. Subscription benefits, billing periods, prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through your store account. Store rules govern billing and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass security or payment controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, or use outputs to harass, deceive, discriminate against, or harm another person.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or respond to provider changes. We may restrict access where these terms are violated.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Final governing-law and operator details will be published before public release.
