This policy explains how GlowUp AI handles information when you use our mobile application and website. GlowUp AI provides personalized style suggestions and visual previews. It does not provide medical advice or an objective assessment of beauty.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we process an account identifier, email address when you choose to save an account, uploaded portrait or outfit photos, your style preferences, analysis and generated results, purchase status, credit history, and technical events needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide requested analysis and image transformations, synchronize saved results, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use your photos for advertising.

AI and service providers

When you request an analysis or edit, the necessary photo and instructions are sent securely to our configured AI provider. We also use service providers for authentication, private file storage, purchases, infrastructure, and operational security. They process data only to provide those services under their applicable terms.

Storage and security

Photos and generated media are stored in private object storage and accessed through time-limited links. Data is encrypted in transit. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and use scoped credentials appropriate to each system.

Your choices

You can use a guest session for the initial experience, save an account with email, remove individual photos and results, or delete your account and associated content from within the app. Store purchase records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Children

GlowUp AI is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process data in countries different from yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will post the revised date here.
